RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your products and wish to return or exchange them, you may do so up to 15 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are:
- Unwashed, unworn and still in perfect condition.
- Please make sure the items are in their original packaging.
- Wavy is not responsible for covering these return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or there is an error on our part.
- Items must be shipped to our warehousing offices in Colombia, depending on the customer’s location.
- We may charge a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the product, depending on the item and the reason for the return.
RETURN DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If, in the unlikely event of a defective product or quality issues beyond your control, please email us at [email protected] with a picture of the defect. A return label will be provided. After 20 days, the product is non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international returns and exchanges, please email the following information to our customer service team at [email protected]:
- Order No.
- Full Name
- Items you wish to return/exchange
- If you would like to return, exchange or receive store credit
BENEFITS AND LIMITATIONS OF CHANGE
If you wish to exchange a garment, they are only available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item is available in our inventory, we will not charge a restocking fee and it will be delivered with free shipping. If you prefer to receive a store credit (gift card) instead of a refund, we will not charge a restocking fee.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of your return. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company. We also reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for any reason, including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity or violation of our terms and conditions.
